The Premiere

The musical had its premiere at ‘The Brewhouse Theatre’ at Burton on Trent, on the 11th December 2009. It was performed for a full house and was received with a standing ovation.

The cast did a fantastic job of the show and were all very emotional when it came to an end.

AND NOW WE ARE DOING IT ONE MORE TIME

 Yes, that’s right. We’re doing it again! This summer;three shows, two evenings and one matinee, and if you are in the Derby region and have a playing age of 16 - 22, we would like to invite you to the auditions! There are more roles to fill and more songs to sing. Open auditions will be held sometime in the near future in Derby city, we don’t have an exact date or place yet but we can tell you what the audition requirements will be.

  If you are interested in auditioning for a lead role you will need to prepare one monologue which you can relate to and a musical theatre solo that displays vocal range and control (bring a backing track). If you want to audition for a supporting role then only the monologue is required. If we then feel you may suit a role in the musical you will be asked back to the re-call auditions.
